fall spices & i’m cooking again.

1/2 c. pumpkin puree;

1/8 c. apple cider;

sugar-free maple syrup;

3 packets sweet & low;

cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice.

bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes, let cool.  refrigerate.
